1. Digital Products and Downloads
Because files are delivered immediately, digital downloads are generally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. If a file is defective or was not delivered, contact support for a replacement or refund.
2. Courses
Course purchases may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if no more than 5% of the course has been completed and no certificate has been issued.
3. Memberships
Memberships may be canceled at any time and will remain active through the end of the current paid period. Partial-period refunds are not provided unless required by law.
4. Coaching
Coaching credits are refundable when a session is canceled with more than 24 hours' notice. No-shows and late cancellations forfeit the credit.
5. Events and Workshops
Event and workshop fees are refundable up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Refunds requested inside that window are not provided, except in the case of a documented emergency, natural disaster, or other circumstance outside the reasonable control of either party.
6. Abuse
Repeated refund requests, chargeback abuse, or content redistribution may result in denial of refunds and account termination.
